Nick Caramello
Nick provides the vision and guidance that keeps pod running. He enjoys getting to know our clients professionally and personally in a way that allows them and us to grow, together.
Christian Donner
As our utility player and security expert, Christian works as a one-man technical band for small-medium size clients and plays key technical and leadership roles for complex development projects.
Jeffrey Licht
Jeffrey is our academic computing expert and pod’s content managed website practice co-lead. He collaborates with our higher ed and non-profit clients to define and build maintainable systems architectures.
Christine Mark
Christine is our seasoned Account/Project Manager who can step in as Creative Lead or UI/UX designer when needed. Easy-to-laugh, bold, genuine, she’s also a singer-songwriter and 400-Meter Hurdler.
Jason Immerman
Jason digs deep into challenges across the technical stack and development process. He has a fine-tuned ability to find solutions that look familiar but take advantage of the latest tech.
Abbe Dalton
Abbe wears many hats as pod’s office manager, MS Excel and Access consultant, sports super-fan, marathon runner, foreign language wiz, alto-soprano, and collections agent.
Maureen Lyons
Maureen is our front-end development practice lead and co-lead of our crack CMS team. She’s been the lead Drupal and WordPress developer on content managed website projects for MIT, Harvard and pod’s other clients.
Josh Burns
Josh’s energetic and collaborative spirit perfectly suit his role in UI/UX, quality assurance, and production support. An award-winning poet, he’s naturally inquisitive, hardworking, and always up for a challenge.
Jim Federico
Jim is the guy we call on when we need an ace HTML/CSS/Drupal developer to work some magic and whip up a Drupal site, STAT. Except when SXSW is happening; then we “let” him take a vacation.
Allison Sigrist
Allison is our bass and keyboard playing go-to with a flair for crafting seamless front-ends and creating a great experience for users and content owners alike.
Sean Regan
As pod’s SharePoint practice lead, Sean is our resident expert in all things Microsoft SharePoint. Just watch him kung fu up some intranet wizardry! (And then bask with a frosty cold one.)
